// Located in the Tremont neighborhood west of downtown Cleveland, the Professor Avenue Apartments represent an architectural intervention in the rear portion of existing pre-war residential sites. The project involves the thoughtful integration of two mirrored structures, each faced with horizontal cement board siding that harmonizes with the neighborhood's historical context. Each building contains two units, one on each floor, complemented by private roof decks for each unit, offering both privacy and outdoor living space. This endeavor respects Tremont's historical fabric and introduces contemporary living arrangements that meet modern needs. The mirrored structures create a cohesive visual impact while maintaining individual unit privacy. Using horizontal cement board siding ensures a seamless blend with the surrounding pre-war residences, enhancing the neighborhood's architectural continuity. Internally, the units are designed to provide functional and flexible living spaces, catering to the diverse needs of contemporary urban dwellers. The private roof decks extend the living areas outdoors, offering residents a unique vantage point to enjoy the urban landscape.
